Search returns no titles
Reset the form and search a distinctive part of the name. Remove the release-year filter when looking for a later season of an older series. Search checks the programme’s debut year separately from its recorded seasons.
The page looks incomplete
Reload once, check the connection and compare another page on the same site. Keep the exact address and a screenshot if a menu or image is missing. Do not erase browser storage as a first step, because that can remove local favourites.
My List is empty
Confirm the browser, device and whether you opened a private window. Those can use different storage. Restore a compatible backup if you made one earlier. The catalogue cannot retrieve another website’s account or history.
The selected video fails
Read the viewing service’s message. Check the correct country, title and offer. An account request, unavailable edition and buffering video require different responses. For buffering, reduce competing transfers and test a lower supported quality. For missing sound, inspect mute, output and language separately.
Keep a useful error report
Record the film or series, exact address, device, browser and visible error. Explain which button you pressed immediately beforehand. A precise report makes it easier to repeat the problem and avoid unnecessary changes.
